This includes leading family violence reform within organisations, implementing the MARAM Framework (Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework), and delivering training to build staff capability in identifying and responding to family violence and child safety concerns. This work is complemented by guidance on mandated reporting responsibilities, ensuring teams understand and fulfil their legal and ethical obligations to protect children and vulnerable individuals.
